On October 17, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the technological upgrading project of Ben'an Technology's intelligent production factory with an annual output of 10 million sets of smart fire protection IoT products.

In 2021, the site selection for the company's new factory was finalized. The intelligent production factory with an annual output of 10 million sets of smart fire protection IoT products was approved and entered the design phase.

In 2020, the company became an appointed cooperative supplier for Towngas Bauhinia household alarm products. It obtained qualifications for industrial, commercial and household products complying with the new national standard GB 15322, and was awarded the titles of Shandong Gazelle Enterprise and Shandong Specialized, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative Enterprise in Shandong Province.

In October 2019, the Phase II production base was completed and put into operation. The company established cooperative relations with multiple gas companies. The emergency lighting system underwent overall technical upgrading, and technical support was provided to a number of enterprises in the industry.

In 2018, the project for the fourth-generation gas alarm products was launched. After passing the preliminary supplier review, prototype testing and site assessment of China Resources Group, the company became an official supplier of China Resources Group for 2018 and a designated preferred supplier of ENN Sunshine. Long-term cooperation was established with major domestic gas meter manufacturers.

In 2016, the company relocated to a new industrial park, with four automated production lines put into operation.

In 2015, the independently developed fire protection IoT platform was officially put into operation.

In 2012, a full range of products including the fire equipment power monitoring system, electrical fire monitoring system, and fire door monitoring system were fully launched on the market.

In 2010, the products underwent comprehensive upgrading. The newly launched two-wire industrial alarm obtained the type approval certificate for measuring instruments issued by the Fire Product Qualification Assessment Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management. Meanwhile, the emergency lighting and evacuation system was fully launched to the market.

In 2009, the product positioning and R&D direction for the second-generation gas alarms were defined, and the project was officially approved.

In 2008, Jinan Ben'an Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded. The first generation of gas alarm products was launched and promoted in the market, gaining wide recognition. The company’s products obtained fire protection product certification issued by the Fire Product Qualification Assessment Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management, as well as the type approval certificate for measuring instruments granted by the State Administration for Market Regulation (formerly the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine).
